Payment Options

In order to maintain our high standard of service, we require that payment is made prior to or at the time services are rendered. In order to maintain our focus on patient care and customer service and to keep costs as low as possible, we do not bill for services as we are not a lending institution nor offer in clinic repayment plans. We provide estimates prior to surgeries and hospitalization. Medical circumstances may change unexpectantly, and we promise to keep you informed of how those changes may influence your financial obligations.

You are welcome to request or discuss a budget prior to any appointment or procedure. We understand that you may be juggling many different financial responsibilities as we are. We don’t want money to be an issue should your pet require treatment. Our goal is to always treat your pet on your budget.
